Dr. Adkins serves as the CEO of eLearningToolBox.com. He has started and provided leadership for distance learning programs at two regionally accredited universities (Amridge University and Troy University). He teaches “Administration and Leadership of Distance Education Programs” in the doctoral program of Capella University. He has chaired several dissertation studies on issues associated with distance learning. Dr. Adkins is also a professional distance learning course reviewer for the International Distance Education Certification Center.
